We offer same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm (NZST&AEDT) Monday-Friday. We are closed on New Zealand and Australian public holidays, and your order will be dispatched on the next business day.
We’ll send you an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details so you can easily track your order.
After dispatch, New Zealand and Australian orders are sent on an overnight service, please allow 1-3 business days*. Interstate please allow 3-6 business days*.
After dispatch, all International orders may take up to 3-10 business days*.

A signature is required by default for all orders. Please manage your order and any changes via the tracking number that is sent in your tracking email.
Returns & Exchanges
We take every effort to make sure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue.
If within 30 days of purchasing you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact email@example.com and return for a full refund of the purchase price.
