Delivery
We offer same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm (NZST/AEDT) Monday-Friday. We are closed on New Zealand and Australian public holidays, and your order will be dispatched on the next business day.
We’ll send you an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details so you can easily track your order.
After dispatch, New Zealand and Australian orders are sent on an overnight service, please allow 1-3 business days*. Interstate please allow 3-6 business days*.
After dispatch, all International orders may take up to 3-10 business days*.
*Above timing is an estimate only and may be longer for rural deliveries, during public holidays & promo periods.
Please manage your order and any changes via the tracking number that is sent in your tracking email.
International Fees, Duties & Taxes
We are a New Zealand business. If you are making a purchase outside of New Zealand you may be charged an International Bank Fee by your own bank or credit card issuer. These are fees may vary and are set by your own bank or credit card issuer and are not controlled by Tailor in any way. Using other payment methods could potentially help in avoiding these fees, we recommend customers check with your bank or payment provider to understand terms regarding international transactions to avoid unexpected fees.
Duties and Taxes incurred on international orders outside of New Zealand and Australia may incur duties and taxes, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We take every effort to make sure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please email the team at info@tailorskin.co and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue.
If within 30 days of purchasing you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact info@tailorskin.co and return for a full refund of the purchase price.
We cannot offer a refund for a change of mind, but will provide you with an exchange through a credit that can exclusively be used on www.tailorskin.co
*International orders: To be able to return your order you must keep your original packaging and shipping label.
