What's the best frequency for delivery?

It all depends on the product and your usage! We recommend an initial frequency of 6 weeks. Then, based on how long your products last you, you can update the frequency of delivery any time to suit you, through your Tailor on Repeat account.

How do I update my address?

In your Tailor on Repeat account, click the “shipping addresses” button. Here you will be able to add, update or delete your shipping addresses by clicking the down arrow on the right hand side of your saved addresses.

How do I update my payment info?

In your Tailor on Repeat account, click the “payment methods” button. Here you will be able to add, update or delete your payment methods by clicking the down arrow on the right hand side of your saved payment methods.

How do I change the next delivery date?

In your Tailor on Repeat account, click the “subscriptions” button. Here you will be able to see all your subscribed products. Click on the “manage subscriptions” button next to the product you want to skip. Here you will see your next scheduled delivery date, so you can either skip this next shipment or update the shipment date by clicking “next charge date”.

How do I update the frequency?

In your Tailor on Repeat account, click the “subscriptions” button. Here you will be able to see all your subscribed products. Click on the “manage subscriptions” button next to the product you want to update. To update the frequency to suit your routine, click on the “delivery schedule” button.

How do I add new products to my Tailor on repeat?

In your Tailor on Repeat account, click the “manage subscriptions” button and then the “add product” button. This will allow you to browse all Tailor, where you can add in any products to your subscribed routine.

How do I cancel Tailor on Repeat?

In your Tailor on Repeat account, click the “subscriptions” button. Here you will be able to see all your subscribed products. Click on the “manage subscriptions” button next to the product you wish to cancel. Scroll down to the bottom of your page and on the left hand side under your email address there is a “cancel subscription” button.
