What is the benefit of subscribing?

When you subscribe to your favourite Tailor product, you receive 20% off and free shipping with every order. Your order renews automatically, and your favourite product is delivered regularly without you having to lift a finger.

Is there a minimum commitment or cancelation fee?

No! If your subscription isn’t working for you for whatever reason, you can cancel at any time.

What if I end up with too much product?

This might mean you’re getting your product delivered too frequently, so we recommend you extend your frequency period. You can also skip a delivery

How do I skip a delivery?

Can I customise my delivery frequency?

Absolutely, you can change this in your account to deliver every 6, 8 or 12 weeks. If you’d like a timeframe different to these, please contact us at info@tailorskin.co and we will update it for you.

How do I cancel?

Log in anytime to your tailorskin.co account to cancel your subscription. You can also contact us at info@tailorskin.co for help. Please note, if your subscription has already been processed we can’t refund this order but we can cancel future orders.

How can I update my email/address/contact info?

Will renewals be in bottles or refills?

Your renewal will always be exactly what you’ve subscribed to, so you will receive a bottle. We don’t currently offer Refills on subscription.
