How To Use

Oil Cleanse

Use Oil Cleanse once daily, on dry (not wet) skin by massaging it in to cleanse skin and remove daily grime including SPF and makeup (even waterproof mascara). Be gentle around your eye area. With a warm, damp Tailor Towel gently wipe the face and neck.

Towel

Damp your Tailor Towel in warm water and gently wipe your face, with or without your cleanser.

Renew

Apply 1-2 pumps of Renew to your face and neck.

Hydrate

Apply 1-2 pumps of Hydrate to your face and neck morning and night.

Moisture

Use 2 pumps on your face and neck after serums and before SPF + facial oils.

Restore

Apply 1 scoop to face and neck after serums.

Step 1: Apply Renew to your face and neck.

Step 2: Apply Hydrate to your face and neck.

Step 3: Follow up with applying Moisture to your face and neck. Finish with applying your SPF.

What sort of packaging are we talking here?

Bottle / Jar

Delivered in our recyclable iconic blue glass bottles and jars. Disposable with mixed glass recycling, or up cycled as far as your imagination takes you.

Tube

Delivered in our 50% PCR (post-consumer resin) tubes, which is plastic sourced from recycled milk bottles. Any higher of a percentage, and the tube becomes too rigid for our customers to use. Disposable via curb side recycling.

Box

Delivered in our recyclable (via curb-side recycling) and compostable (via at-home compost) ‘Well-Managed Forests’ certified card box, and printed with vegetable ink.

Pump

Delivered with a pump to dispense product. Right now, these pumps cannot be recycled. Disposable by a specialised recycling program such as Terracycle for responsible disposal.

Lid / Caska seal / Scoop

Delivered with a removable lid to best dispense product. These removable lids cannot be recycled as they are too small for the current sorting machines. Responsible disposing via a specialised recycling program such as Terracycle for responsible disposal.

The golden question. We combine natural, active ingredients with scientific formulations. Our formulas are 96-100% natural. We are also transparent and have included the % of natural ingredients on the front of the packaging so you know exactly what's in your skincare.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, vegan, cruelty-free, and absolutely NO animal testing (we don’t even ask our pets if our skin looks nice).

When should I start seeing results?

It can take up to 4 weeks of using Oil Cleanse as per our recommended routine, before you notice results. But! Our customers report seeing a difference the next day!

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, we’re good like that. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50 for New Zealand and Australia. More shipping information here.

Plus, we offer same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday.

When should I expect my order?

We’re all about fast service here. After dispatch, New Zealand and Australian orders are sent on an overnight service, please allow 1-3 business days*.
